When the lovely Jasmine from Adelaide, a professional photographer and blogger, contacted me asking if I wanted to do a shoot, I was over the moon. There’s nothing that makes an outfit pop more than a decent camera, photographer and backdrop! The struggles of a camera-lacking-iPhone-only blogging life…
My job was to choose the backdrop. Now although I have lived in Melbourne my whole life, for some reason I’ve never realised that we have a PERFECT shooting location bang in the centre. This location boasts fountains, gardens, flower beds, rows of trees, modern architecture, plain walls and the ONLY heritage listed building in Australia. Could it be more perfect?
While Jasmin reassured me I wasn’t in fact, the most awkward person she’d ever shot, I’m pretty certain I was and she was just being nice. Hope you like the outfit – my cousin calls this green coat, my ‘cicoata’ as I look like a giant cicada while I’m wearing it.

Outfit Details: Sandro top, H&M coat, Topshop pants, Opening Ceremony wedges, Kenzo cuff, Urban Outfitters bag
