I recently discovered Boden, a brand that would give me everything I’d be searching for in my life this Winter – no, not calorie free Nutella donuts (if you find them, please let me know), but a pale grey coat. And yes I do have a dark grey coat, but what is a wardrobe without a coat per half-colour? Lonely, that’s what it is.
Cold, also cold. This because I have a habit of accidentally-on-purpose wearing skirts/shorts/short-sleeves in the middle of a Melbourne Winter. When I denounced the wearing of denim, ever, I also condemned myself to a life of cold legs. Thankfully my new pale grey coat is made of wool and attempts very hard to keep me warm, despite me peskily trying to sabotage its attempts by draping it over my shoulders instead of actually putting my arms through like a normal person. What can I say, it’s just one of those things you have to do if you want to call yourself a ‘blogger’.
Shop coats in every half-colour and other winter necessities from Boden HERE. Oh and did I mention free shipping on orders >$100!
P.S. For anyone who didn’t get the title – it’s a science joke (grey matter is a type of nervous system tissue), and I got the idea from an editorial in Vogue (yeah, they actually used that as a name for a shoot) so don’t go telling me I’m a nerd. I am a nerd though.
